Course Testimonals
Dr.Iqra laraib
The whole concept of this course was amazing. My favourite part was when Zain showed his and Peter’s numbers — it was very motivating for me. If they can do it, then we can at least try to replicate at least 50% of that
Dr.Bilal
The examples to persuade patients, really changed my perspective on how to communicate with patients.
Dr.Daniel Huang
My favorite part about the course is it encourages me to start doing some procedures that I was afraid to do it before. There was a PPT saying you can afraid but you still need to do it and learned from mistakes. Also, draw picture for patients it might help a lot for encouraging pt to do treatments as well.
Dr.minahil
Listening to Dr. Zain to refresh our patient-dealing skills, and the interaction with other colleagues from SV.
Dr.Jude
My favorite part was the psychology part like the part where they were talking about the word but or mimicing the patients mannerisms and vocalizing the patients objections before they do. and the part about how to frame the questions was 10/10…
Dr. Khurram
One thing that could have been discussed more is how to handle situations where both NHS and private treatments are available, but you need to encourage the patient to choose the private option (for example, hygiene appointments or extractions — it’s the same treatment, so how do you convince the patient to go privately?
Dr.Nashet
the concept of creating scripts & importance of assessing occlusion means you start to see problems other dentists don’t. You can think about what problems your patients might into 5 years down the line and stop them in their tracts early on. Also the simple reminder to give your patients all options resonated with me for gap replacement options especially.
